Description
Ferrovanadium is an iron alloy consisting of vanadium and iron. Ferrovanadium is mainly used as an alloy additive in steelmaking, and high vanadium ferrovanadium is also used as a non-ferrous alloy additive. Widely used as an element additive in smelting vanadium alloy steel and alloy cast iron. Vanadium consumption in steel is 20% carbon steel, 25% high strength low alloy steel, 20% alloy steel and 15% tool steel. Vanadium in iron vanadium can improve the strength, toughness, ductility and heat resistance of steel, and improve the cutting performance of steel.
